Privacy Policy

Think and Automate, LLC (“Think & Automate,” “we,” “us” or “our”) builds and runs AI sales software and marketing services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in two different roles:

• As the business you deal with when you visit thinkandautomate.com or a page we host for ourselves, fill out our forms, book a call with us, buy from us, or use an account with us. Here we decide how your information is used.
• As a service provider to our customers when a business uses our software (AI Setter, T&A Email, Funnels, AIO, Kravok, client portals or custom builds) to collect or process information about its own leads, customers and calls. Here that business decides how your information is used, and its own privacy policy applies. If you were contacted by, or gave your information to, one of our customers, please contact that business first. We will help them respond.

Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, business name and website, answers to quiz and application questions, messages you send us, and appointment details when you book.

Account information, such as login details, team members you invite, settings and preferences.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as your name, billing email and payment status.

Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, time on page, campaign and click parameters (for example utm_source, fbclid and gclid), and identifiers stored in cookies and local storage so we can connect visits, form steps and bookings to the same visitor.

Information processed in our software for customers, depending on the product:

• AI Setter: lead contact details, text and email conversations, AI-written replies, pipeline stages, notes and appointments.
• T&A Email: contact lists, emails sent, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes.
• Funnels: visits, quiz answers, opt-ins, bookings, calendar availability, orders and each lead’s journey through a funnel.
• AIO: website visits and events, leads, appointments and sales, ad account performance data, ad creative and conversion data sent to ad platforms.
• Kravok: audio from sales calls, transcripts, AI coaching cues, call scores, lead assessments and manager notes.

• To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and follow up by phone, text and email.
• To provide, run, secure, support and improve our websites, software and services.
• To provide the features our customers turn on, such as AI replies, booking, email sending, attribution and call coaching.
• To measure which ads and pages work, including sending conversion events to advertising platforms.
• To bill for our services and keep business records.
• To send information about our services if you have engaged with us or opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to meet legal obligations.

Some features send information to AI model providers to produce their output, for example a lead’s message so the AI Setter can reply, call audio and transcripts so Kravok can coach and score a call, or ad data so AIO can make recommendations. We use these providers through their business (API) services and send only what a feature needs.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we (or a business using our software) may send you texts about your inquiry, appointment and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Section 7 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages for us.

Our pages use cookies, local storage and similar technology to remember a visitor across pages and visits, keep multi-step forms working and measure our marketing. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API, which share page views and conversion events (such as a lead or a booking) with Meta so we can measure and improve our ads. Our customers may use AIO and similar tags on their own sites for the same purposes.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and control ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings. Some features may not work properly without them.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business and software, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include providers for hosting and databases, payments (Stripe), calendars and meetings (Google, Zoom), email delivery, text messaging and phone carriers, CRMs (such as GoHighLevel), AI models, speech-to-text, team messaging (such as Slack) and app distribution.
• With advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, as conversion events used to measure and improve ads.
• With our customers, when we process information for them as a service provider. For example, a lead who books through a customer’s funnel is shared with that customer.
• For legal and safety reasons, if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of anyone.
• With a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the same commitments in this policy.
• With anyone else with your consent.

Businesses that use our software are responsible for the information they collect and process with it: for giving the notices and getting the consents the law requires (including for texting, calling, emailing, tracking and recording calls), for their own privacy policies, and for answering requests from their leads and customers. Our Terms of Service describe these responsibilities in full.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information we process for a customer is kept according to that customer’s account and instructions, and may be deleted 30 days after their account ends.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, encryption of stored credentials and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent or stored online.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, such as data portability, the right to know what we collect and share, the right to opt out of certain sharing, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, email corey@thinkandautomate.com. We may need to verify your identity. If your request is about information a customer of ours collected, we will pass it to that customer. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Our websites and software are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
